Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Manage end-to-end operations for HR courses, workshops, corporate training, and certification programs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Coordinate training schedules, venue arrangements, trainer assignments, and materials preparation.
- Monitor operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all training programs meet internal quality requirements.
2. Administrative Management
- Oversee daily administrative activities, including office management, documentation, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain company records, contracts, training documents, and operational databases.
- Handle the renewal of relevant licenses, insurance, and compliance-related documents.
- Improve and streamline administrative workflows.
3. Client & Trainer Support
- Act as the key point of contact for training participants, corporate clients, and trainers.
- Manage training inquiries, registration processes, attendance tracking, certificates, and post-training follow-up.
- Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction through timely communication and efficient issue resolution.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 - 5 years of experience in administration, operations, or training coordination.
- Experience in an HR training company, education provider, or professional development industry is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and multiple stakeholders.
