Administrative Manager

Part-time position

5 hours per day from Monday to Friday

Job scope:

- Admin duties

- Handle email communications

- Preparation of corporate documents

- Sourcing for candidates for our Recruitment agency line

- Initial Interview with potential candidates

- ACRA filings

- Communications with government bodies of Singapore (via phone or email)
