Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Clinic Administrative Executive to support the daily operations of our medical aesthetics clinic.
The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and comfortable handling administrative, coordination, and basic accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations of the clinic
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient and sales records
- Handle basic bookkeeping and assist with financial tracking
- Manage inventory and ordering of clinic supplies and consumables
- Coordinate appointments and support front desk operations when required
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for orders and deliveries
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of records
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in administrative or clinic environment is an advantage
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
