Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including facilities, equipment and supplies
- Support senior management in coordinating meetings, calendars, travel arrangements and expense claims
- Manage external service providers relations including building management
- Support Finance and HR-related administrative tasks, including onboarding and employee leave records
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive attitude and a hands-on approach
