1. Daily Office Operations
. Oversee and manage daily office workflows to ensure seamless operations.
. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment coordinate timely replenishment and servicing.
2. Administrative Support & Coordination
. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars for management and teams.
. Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support across departments.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
. Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and service providers.
. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
4. Documentation & Records Management
. Handle all paperwork, filing systems, and document management (physical and digital).
. Perform data entry and ensure integrity of information across administrative systems.
5. Travel & Expense Management
. Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, other transportation and itineraries for staff.
. Process expense claims and reimbursements accurately and within policy guidelines.
. Maintain records of travel-related expenditure and provide summaries as required.
Job Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration,Office Management, or a related discipline.
. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant administrative oroffice support experience (fresh graduates with internship experience arewelcome to apply).
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
. Strong organisational and multitasking abilitieswith keen attention to detail.
. Excellent written and verbal communicationskills in English.
. Ability to handle confidential information withdiscretion and integrity.
. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to workindependently as well as in a team.
. Good interpersonal skills with a professionaland customer-oriented demeanour.
