5-Day Work Week
Working Hours:
Maintain proper filing system (hardcopy & softcopy)
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
Create and maintain project listing and running numbers
Assist in materials ordering and coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedule
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and vendors on documentation matters
Arrange site passes and submit workers name list when required
Monitor office inventory (PPE, T-shirts, stationery, etc.)
Prepare completion reports and other project documentation
Schedule meetings and manage general office correspondence
Apply, renew and cancel Work Pass (WP/SP/EP)
Liaise with MOM on work pass matters
Maintain employee records and personal files
Manage annual leave, medical leave and unpaid leave records
Arrange workers training (CSOC, CoreTrade, safety courses)
Process monthly payroll and overtime calculation
Monitor work pass, medical and training expiry
Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees
Data entry of invoices and expenses into accounting system
Keep track of PO and payments received
Follow up on outstanding payments
Assist in simple monthly revenue and expense tracking
Degree in Business Administration / HR / Finance / Accounts or related field
Experience in construction industry preferred
Familiar with MOM work pass application process is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Organized, responsible and able to multitask
