Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our daily administrative and accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist with maintaining office records, updating payment information in the company system, and liaising with customers and suppliers regarding payments and payroll matters. This role is suitable for candidate who is organised, willing to learn office systems, and comfortable working with computers.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the company's office and accounting systems to support daily administrative tasks
  • Update and maintain accurate payment records in the company system to ensure financial data integrity
  • Assist with payroll administration by preparing and organizing payroll documentation for timely processing
  • Communicate clearly with customers and suppliers to resolve payment inquiries
  • Maintain proper filing

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to perform data entry and document preparation
  • Basic computer literacy to navigate office systems and software
  • Organisational skills to manage records and documentation
  • Responsible and attentive to detail with a willingness to learn


Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, 1 hour break
