Job Description

  • Handle a variety of day to day office tasks including filing management, record upkeep, invoice/DO issuance and data entry.
  • Liaising with customers, vendors and stakeholders.
  • Manage general enquiries through phone, email, website and social media platforms.
  • Maintain pricing records for POS, website and online platforms.
  • Prepare meeting minutes during official discussions.
  • Assist in special projects and assignments.
  • Provide general office support, administrative duties and maintenance.
  • Ad-hoc duties pertaining to menu, promotions and administration.
  • Able to work independently.
