a) Handle and coordinate all administrative tasks for onboarding / off boarding - new hire work permit application, new hire orientation, renewal and repatriation including system updates and documentation
b) Monitor and keep track of foreign workers work permit expiry & passport expiry including system updates and documentation
c) Coordinate and organize year end printing - corporate gift, corporate uniform for staff, etc
d) Assist and back up Personal Assistant and Manager(s) whenever require
e) Handling general correspondence, office supplies, and providing support to Personal Assistant whenever require
f) Back up Receptionist whenever require
g) Coordinate and organize company dinner / functions / corporate gift / staff & workers welfare / condolences matters
h) Coordinate on workers dormitory matters
i) Overseas and supervise tea lady
j) Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time totime as your superior/management deem fit.
Requirements:
. Minimum GCE N / O Level / A Level / Diploma
. At least 3-4 years of administrative, secretarial, or office management experience in Construction / Engineering industry
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, time management and good communication skills
. Maintaining discretion when handling sensitive company or employee information.
