We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive with an engineering background to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will bridge administrative functions with technical knowledge, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the management, engineering, and operations teams
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the management and engineering teams.
- Prepare and manage documentation such as reports, proposals, project records, and regulatory submissions.
- Assist in project coordination, including scheduling, resource tracking, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of engineering-related documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Handle correspondence, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments for procurement and project needs.
- Support compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure efficiency in administrative workflows.
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably within engineering, construction, or technical industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
