  • Track deadlines and support timely submissions

  • Ensure documents are properly recorded, accurate, and kept confidential

  • Learn requirements set by government agencies related to AAC services and eldercare, and support compliance in day-to-day work (guidance provided)

3. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and stakeholder visits (venue, materials, attendance, etc.)

  • Support data collation and basic tracking updates when needed

  • Assist with simple process improvements to make admin workflows more efficient

  • Organised and able to follow through on tasks

  • Clear and professional in communication

  • Good with details and able to keep things confidential

  • Comfortable working with different people and coordinating across teams

  • Willing to learn systems and reporting requirements
(Familiarity with systems like IRMS / BRIGHT / ILTC is a bonus. Training can be provided.)

Why Join Us
