Assist in preparation and submission of project documentations/ reports from commencement to completion of project (eg. purchase requisitions, schedule, reports, etc).
Assist in sourcing for material, equipment and resource required according
Liaise & coordinate with technicians, customers, vendors and subcontractors
Ensure proper filing of project documentations and reports
Provide administrative support to superior when necessary
Any other duties suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction/ Engineering industry
