- Oversee and manage daily office operations, including filing systems, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and general office coordination.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans for the management team.
- Prepare business documents including reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Handle incoming calls and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and manage procurement when necessary.
- Support HR administrative tasks and assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software tools.
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
