Job Summary
You will manage daily e-commerce orders, maintain product listings and inventory, support customer inquiries, coordinate marketing updates, and analyze sales data to improve platform performance.
Responsibilities
- Process, monitor, and fulfill daily e-commerce orders accurately to ensure timely delivery
- Update product listings and manage stock levels to maintain accurate inventory records
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage backend operations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and company websites to maintain smooth platform functionality
- Coordinate with marketing teams to update promotions, product discounts, and marketing materials for campaigns
- Analyze sales reports and website traffic data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or business administration to support operational tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, to manage data and reporting efficiently
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms to navigate and maintain online sales channels
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with internal teams and customers
- Detail-oriented approach to manage high-volume, accurate data entry and order processing
- Knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping as a plus to support financial record-keeping
