- About Us
: Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) Singapore Office is the Singapore branch of the national tourism board of South Korea. We are looking for a dedicated, service-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative & Event Executive.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and operational support for the office.
- Handle local HR and administrative duties, including the management of expatriate visas (via MOM systems such as EPOL/WPOL and EnterpriseSG, etc.).
- Support finance administration (invoice coordination, payment tracking non-transactional)
- Manage and respond to enquiries from visitors via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and official online channels.
- Provide on-site support for events (e.g. travel fairs) and assist with various marketing campaigns (Online and offline).
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and marketing related duties and office management tasks as assigned.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Content creation tool (e.g. Canva) and generally IT-savvy.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Free Independent Travel (FIT) in South Korea.
- Proactive, Highly service-oriented, and equipped with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to commence work between April and mid-May 2026.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous)
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs) are highly preferred.
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in the Korean language (to communicate with HQ or handle basic Korean materials).
- Prior experience in administrative, HR, or customer service roles is a strong plus.
