Administrative Sales Support Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:-
Follow through Client's Accounts from enquiry to delivery & after sales service:--
Reply sales enquiries & process orders, sending Sales Quotations & Confirmation Orders
Processing and fulfilling client's orders.
Assist in sourcing & purchasing of Merch required by customers
Coordination of Artwork with designer, printer and client
Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
Follow up with clients & suppliers on payments & invoices.
Offer prompt & good customer service
Provide administrative, sales, customers reports & sales support to Sales Director
Assist to manage and taking lead role to assist in ALL related Events for Key Accounts of the Company such as liaising with the person in charge for confirmation of events date, deployment of Manpower , all logistic planning & setups for the event, providing after events report when necessary
Liaise with Customers/Business Partner's through emails, calls, face-to-face visit to Client's Office.
Minutes taking in all Client /Business and Company's internal department meetings if involving Sales Director and to email out the meeting minutes within the next working day .
Bookings of meeting rooms & preparation which includes getting drinks or any light refreshments & cleaning up after meeting in office.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as & when required
