Job Description:

The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide efficient administrative and office support. The role involves managing correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and supporting embassy staff in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing and office record systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Provide general administrative support to embassy staff.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
