We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth logistical coordination, accurate reporting, and technical support during the commissioning and start-up phases.
Essential Responsibilities: -
. Logistics Management:
Oversee the mobilization and demobilization of all personnel assigned to the P80 project, including OEMs and
visitors.
. Timesheet Management:
Handle the timesheet management for approximately 20-40 field service engineers (FSEs) at the site, ensuring
accurate and timely submissions.
. SR (NCR) Summary Preparation:
Prepare Service Request (SR) summaries for GTG and GTC, a task that is currently very time-consuming and
expected to increase in volume.
. Admin Support:
Assist in gate pass application includes SSIC training to handle technical aspects effectively.
. Daily & Weekly Report preparation
. Performa invoices prepare
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies): -
. Experience in Logistics:
Proven experience in managing logistics for large teams, preferably in an industrial or project-based
environment.
. Administrative Skills:
Strong organizational skills to manage timesheets and prepare detailed reports.
. Technical Aptitude:
Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn to manage punch lists and support commissioning activities.
. Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure smooth operations.
Desirable attributes of the worker (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-
. Previous experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry or large-scale industrial projects.
