Job Description
- Assist the project manager for the preparation of project work and documentation
- Photo collection and analysis of work done
- Report the work progress to project manager
- Manage subcontractors including certifying sub-contractors claims
- Ensure daily administrative operations such as Job / Claim orders are carried out
- To work closely with clients on confirmed projects and will be responsible for assigning and managing the
projects from starting to completion and handling over to clients
- Can manage Subcon performance, attending a meeting with client
- Monitors and reports on all project planning and progress
- Provide support to the project team
- Update the project documentation and product documentation to ensure that the documentation os consistent
with the internal process
- Any other assignments as and when directed by the Project Manager
Requirements
- Local / PR only
- Computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Must be willing to learn and do
- Good communication skills
- Multi tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritise task
- Able to work n a team as well as independently
- 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
