Job Summary
You will prepare invoices and delivery notes, maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel, perform administrative duties, ensure accurate documentation, and assist with coordinating orders and deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices and delivery notes accurately to support billing and delivery processes
- Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of records to maintain organized and retrievable information
- Assist with coordination of orders and deliveries to facilitate timely and efficient logistics
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage and update records effectively
- Demonstrate good organizational and administrative skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy to minimize errors in documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without constant supervision
- Prior administrative experience will be an advantage to perform duties with confidence and speed
