Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and processing invoices and quotations, managing payment records, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely billing.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents to support accurate record-keeping
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including forwarding or redirecting correspondence as necessary
- Regularly update internal lists and prepare monthly reports to support accurate data tracking and reporting
- Handle ISO 45001 documentation and ensure it is updated annually for surveillance audits
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a glass company
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
