Job Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and organised Admin to join our Wills & Custody team. This role involves a balance of administrative tasks to supporting operational processes.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Review submission of client instructions, payment slips and supporting documents.
- Assign new case instructions to team members.
- Perform data entry into internal systems.
- Prepare final documents including Wills and any related materials.
- Generate and issue invoices.
- Print and scan necessary documents.
- Process and verify proof of payment.
- Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Collaborate closely with team members and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of O-Level qualification.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy and good organisational skills.
- Ability to follow processes and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is easy to work with, willing to learn, and takes initiative.
Preferred Qualities:
- Prior experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, document-heavy environment.
- Responsible, dependable, and proactive.
- Comfortable with multitasking and shifting priorities.
- Approachable and cooperative.
- Eager to learn and contribute beyond routine tasks
