Reporting To: Regional Operations Manager, APAC
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate-either fresh out of school or with up to one year of experience-who is eager to grow in a dynamic regional environment. The role will involve general administrative duties, as well as support for HR and finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Regional Operations Manager.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding/offboarding, leave tracking, and employee record management.
- Assist with finance-related tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic reporting.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors when needed.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage procurement processes.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Requirements
- Education: Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, HR, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
- Software Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
