Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our law firm. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, willing to learn, and looking to gain working experience in a legal office environment. Part-time applicants such as return-to-work mothers, mid-career switchers, or students with flexible schedules are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
. Answer phone calls and handle basic inquiries
. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
. Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
. Assist with photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
. Provide administrative support to legal and accounts team
. Perform errands or office supply runs occasionally
Requirements
. No prior experience required - training will be provided
. Minimum O Level / NITEC or equivalent
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
. Good command of spoken and written English
. Organised, punctual, and able to multitask
. Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
