Job Description

Job Scope:
1) Arrange/ move boxes of documents
2) Packing of documents to be sent to contractor for digitalisation
3) Data entry, creation of the packing list and cover sheet for each documents
4) Manage email correspondence with contractor for digitisation
5) Any other administrative task required for the digitalisation and disposal of documents

Requirements:

  • Comfortable to lift and move boxes of documents
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear written communication for contractor correspondence
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Team player with ability to follow instructions and procedures

Working Hours: 8:30am - 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8:30am-5:30pm (Fri)
Location: East
Salary: $2500 to $3000/month
Contract Period: 1-year
