Job Scope:
- Prepare reports for submission to clients
- Data entry tasks as required
- Project support tasks as required
- Assist in applying for government schemes and grants where required
- Manage office day-to-day operations such as renovation or maintenance services, pantry and water supplies, office supplies, employee uniforms and name-card printing and ensure a tidy and welcoming workspace.
- Support team members with administrative needs, including assisting in presentations, preparing reports, and handling other ad hoc tasks.
- Facilitate internal communication by distributing memos, managing emails, and ensuring important information reaches the relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in making appointments and bookings where required.
- Organize company-wide staff well-being initiatives and events.
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and records both in physical and digital formats. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information.
- Keep Admin-related SOPs updated on a periodic basis.
- Response to clients email/tele enquires in a timely and professional manner.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
. Experience in an administrator role is a plus, but not a requirement.
. Proficiency in office management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
