Job Description
1. Handle daily admin procurement, including platform order operation, progress follow-up and ledger registration.
2. Assist in daily staff work management, coordinate team daily affairs and track work progress to ensure smooth operation.
3. Support new employee onboarding: document collection, system setup and office supplies arrangement.
4. Manage and maintain company documents, contracts and employee files conduct sorting, verification, systematic filing, physical archiving and electronic directory updates with strict confidentiality.
5. Assist daily work docking, communication and activity coordination with headquarters.
6. Responsible for office supplies management, meeting room arrangement and daily office environment maintenance.
7. Complete other ad-hoc admin and HR support tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Final-year undergraduate students or freshg raduates, no major restriction Business, Management, Secretarial and ChineseLanguage majors are preferred.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office for daily office work.
3. Meticulous, responsible, well-organised, with good communication skills.
4. Relevant admin/HR internship or student organisation experience is advantageous.
5. Basic English for daily work conversational Mandarin is a plus for headquarters liaison.
