Filing, data entry, and providing administrative support to various departments
Interaction with internal operations or external customers to verify and obtain correct documents so as to ensure accuracy when creating delivery orders and certificates
Preparation of invoices, shipment documents and certificate of conformances
Digitizing of documents via scanning and uploading into customer's ERP system
Answering phone calls and attending to queries
Ad-hoc projects and duties
Possess good communication skills with co-workers & customers
Pro-active & undertake responsibility to complete task ahead of schedule
