Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Condo Manager / Property Executive.
  • Handle residents enquiries, feedback, and maintenance requests.
  • Prepare and issue circulars, notices, and correspondences to residents.
  • Assist in maintaining MCST records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Support billing and collection of maintenance fees follow up on arrears.
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors on maintenance and service schedules.
  • Assist in organizing AGM/EGM meetings, including registration and minutes taking.
  • Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • GCE O Level / Diploma in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in property / MCST administration preferred.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
