LP Law Corporation is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our law firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to basic enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp during office hours
- Arrange and coordinate client meetings and appointments
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and document handling
- Assist with file opening, basic coordination, and invoicing support
- Support day-to-day office operations and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Candidates with little or no prior law firm experience are welcome to apply
- Organised, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a professional office environment
- Training will be provided.
