Responsibilities
. To process purchase orders from customers
. To process purchase orders to vendor
. To create product master and/or customer master
. To update reporting templates i.e shipment, depletion, inventory
. To liaise and follow up with both internal and external customers inquiries.
. To assist and report to Head of Admin and Management where applicable.
. Other administrative and ad hoc duties
Requirement:
. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & MS Excel
. Good typing speed and accuracy
. Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
. Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communications skills.
. Preferred to have someone who can work on Sunday!
