Position overview
Looking for an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, with a key focus on invoice generation, call handling, and filing of documents. Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only due to quota requirements.
Key responsibilities
Generate, issue and follow up on customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Maintain proper filing (physical and electronic) for invoices, receipts, and other company documents.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, and handle basic customer or supplier enquiries.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, photocopying and mailing.
Provide basic support to other departments and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident only.
GCE N/O Level or equivalent relevant admin experience an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint is a bonus).
Good communication skills over the phone and in person, with a polite and professional manner.
Organized, meticulous, and able to manage filing and simple documentation independently.
Working conditions (edit as needed)
Working hours: e.g. Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm
Location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre
Salary: SGD 3,000-3,500 per month
