Job Summary
Manage general and financial administration with confidentiality while supporting centre operations and maintaining strong relationships with parents, ECDA officers, and Head Office personnel.
Responsibilities
- Receive, record, and process incoming and outgoing mail accurately to support centre communication
- Create, update, and maintain an organized filing system to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Enter data efficiently into systems to maintain accurate records
- Compile data and provide administrative support to the Centre Supervisor for report preparation
- Track leads for childcare services to maximize centre enrolment
- Monitor enrolment and withdrawal for childcare services and optional programs to maintain accurate attendance records
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with parents and Head Office personnel to facilitate smooth communication
- Respond promptly and satisfactorily to requests, feedback, and complaints from parents and Head Office personnel
- Build and sustain professional working relationships with employees at all organisational levels
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support centre operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Certificate in Business Administration or Accountancy
- Experience working in a pre-school setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and professionally with effective time management
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills to interact professionally and responsively with internal and external stakeholders
