Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant supports the daily administrative and office operations of the company in a structured corporate environment. This role involves general office administration, documentation support, and coordination with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The position requires a well-organised and responsible individual who can work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and communicate clearly in both English and Mandarin in a professional setting. From time to time, the role may involve supporting office-related operational errands as required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and o ice support to management and the team
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Coordinate scheduled maintenance and ad-hoc servicing for office equipment
  • Assist with filing, documentation, and record management
  • Support basic procurement activities such as sourcing items and obtaining quotations
  • Receive office guests, handle deliveries, and manage incoming items
  • Perform occasional driving duties for o ice-related errands when required (e.g. document delivery or item collection not a daily driving role)
  • Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Well-organised, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Prior experience in a corporate office environment is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate in basic Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders is preferred
  • Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 (or above) driving licence is an advantage
