Responsibilities
- Handle and attend to foreign workers issues, coordinate with HR to liaise permit application/renewal, home leave, repatriation etc
- Handle and coordinate with HR on workers & staff related trainings/courses/seminars
- Prepare monthly Training Summary and updating of staff and workers training details
- Tracking of staff and workers Post Training Evaluation completion
- Handle local drivers & workers leave & claim application in e-system
- Update Company panel doctor portal for staff
- Assist and backup PA & receptionist whenever require
- Coordinate with drivers to send workers for their training courses, Doctor consultation & Work Permit medical check-up
- Organize company dinner/functions/corporate gift, staff & workers welfare/condolence matters
- Office administrative works handling: stationery, business cards printing, corporate uniform, servicing/repair copier machine, phones, walkie-talkie, etc
- Oversees & coordinate with tea lady on pantry sundries ordering & replenishing
- Issue, record & monitor purchase orders for admin purchases.
- Under the WSH Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe: . Cooperate with employers and follow safety and health procedure . Report unsafe acts and incidents . Do not tamper with safety devices or perform willful or reckless acts
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
Requirements
. Minimum GCE N / O Level
. Minimum 2 years working experience in Construction/Engineering industry, preferably in asphalt, quarry and
concrete business
