Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the management team.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment maintenance order and restock when necessary.
- Ensure all documentation is properly maintained and processed.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Nitec in any discipline or its equivalent
- No experience can apply
- With 1-2 years of working experience in administrative field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, flexible, proactive working attitude
