Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Support founders with scheduling, travel, and expense management
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and basic HR coordination
  • Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation and record keeping
  • Help plan team events and maintain a positive office environment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative, office management, or executive support experience
  • Experience in startups or fast-paced environments preferred
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and common office tools
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills in English
