We are looking for a Adminstrative Assistant (Culinary) to join our team!
As a Administrative Assistant (Culinary) , we rely on you to:
- Deliver confidential secretarial support to the Executive Chef, managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate and manage the Executive Chef's schedule to optimize time and meetingeffectiveness
- Prepare and distribute communications, and organize meetings and appointments for the Executive Chef to facilitate timely decision-making
- Liaise proactively with internal and external stakeholders to support culinary team initiatives and operations
- Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination to maintain operational efficiency within the culinary department
- Provide support to Culinary Operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow and event execution
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience working in hospitality, specifically within Food & Beverage or Culinary environments, to understand operational context
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to produce documents, presentations, and manage data efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience handling contract documentation is an advantage, supporting administrative compliance and record-keeping
