The brand attracts an ultra-elite clientele, including celebrities and politicians, and has garnered attention through high-profile figures such as Fan Bingbing, who serves as the brand ambassador. The company offers personalized, high-end services on a 1:1 basis, catering specifically to its select clientele with customized jewelry options.

Reporting to: Admin Manager

Eligibility: with Singapore PR status

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily office administration tasks, including document filing, office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and workspace management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle visitor reception, meeting room bookings, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination, providing efficient and professional support.
  • Maintain vendor information, follow up on purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes to ensure timeliness and compliance.
  • Support the management of company assets, including registration, labeling, and inventory checks to ensure asset security.
  • Help organize internal team events, simple office decorations, holiday gifts, and coordinate logistics as needed.
  • Provide additional administrative support as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring all tasks are handled with accuracy and organization.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Secretarial Studies, or related fields preferred.
  • Around 3 years of relevant administrative experience, with basic knowledge in procurement, asset management, or office coordination.
  • Must be a Singapore PR with a good understanding of local office culture and administrative practices.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of multitasking efficiently and systematically.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player who can collaborate across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with basic English writing and communication skills.
