We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team's daily operations.
Tasks:
- Oversee the complete order processing workflow, encompassing billing operations such as invoicing, payment processing, and order fulfilment on the e-commerce platform.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and update product availability on the platform.
- Implement order tracking mechanisms to provide customers with real-time updates on their purchases.
- Resolve any order-related issues or customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure seamless billing processes and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and billing.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, and order management systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum ITE graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
