Job Description

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum GCE N/O Level/ITE/NITEC
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to technical or spare parts functions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Parts and Service Department.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer quotations.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.
  • Assist in compiling technical reports.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate documentation records.
  • Handle general office administrative tasks and basic office housekeeping.
  • Support the team by undertaking ad-hoc duties as assigned to contribute to overall departmental success.
