Job Summary
You will manage office operations, prepare financial documents, maintain accounting records, support HR functions, and assist management with correspondence to ensure smooth administrative and operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
- Prepare, issue, and track invoices, credit notes, statements of account, and related financial documents accurately
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational and financial matters promptly
- Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and delivery documents to support sales and procurement activities
- Support HR functions by maintaining staff records, tracking leave, coordinating payroll, assisting recruitment, and managing onboarding documentation
- Assist management with drafting and organizing general correspondence, reports, and office documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audit and banking requirements by preparing necessary documentation
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or HR support roles
- Good understanding of basic accounting processes and office administration
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in HR administration is a plus
