Real Estate Leasing Administration
- Documentation: Prepare, process, and manage lease agreements, letters of offer, tenancy agreements, and renewals to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
- Tenant Relations: Act as the primary contact for tenant enquiries, onboarding new tenants, and coordinating move-in/move-out activities.
- Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate leasing databases, tenancy records, and tracking systems.
- Compliance & Reporting: Monitor lease expirations, handle rent arrears, update tenant records, and prepare weekly/monthly reports on occupancy and rental payments.
Facilities Maintenance Support
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for routine and preventative maintenance, including repairs (e.g., M&E services).
- Inspection & Repairs: Follow up with contractors on necessary repair or reinstatement works.
- Complaint Handling: Manage tenant complaints/feedback regarding facility issues and ensure prompt resolutions.
- Operational Support: Assist in managing inventory, processing purchase requests, and coordinating building inspections.
