Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Compliance: Handling project documentation, filing, and reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and contractual accuracy.
  • Project Coordination: Liaising with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to align daily site operations with project timelines.
  • Administrative Management: Supervising administrative staff, managing office operations, and overseeing record-keeping.
  • Financial & Resource Support: Assisting with budget monitoring, cost tracking, and managing project resources.
  • Contractual Support: Preparing tenders, contracts, and quotations for project bids.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: Typically requires 5 or more years of experience in construction administration or related management roles.
  • Qualifications: A degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with safety regulations and building control regulations.
