Administration Manager

we are looking for the experienced Club manager for our Night Club with the following credentials.

1. Overseeing the operation and management of all club facilities
2. Developing and implementing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
3. Managing club staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
4. Ensuring the club is in compliance with all laws and regulations
5. Planning and coordinating events and activities for club members
6. Managing the club's budget and finances, including membership fees and expenses
7. Manage and oversee all club operations
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly
9. Recruit, train, and supervise club staff
10. Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and contracts
11. Plan and coordinate club events and functions
12. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members
13. Ensure all legal and safety guidelines are followed

Qalifications:

• Proven work experience as a Club Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of club management procedures
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of financial and facilities management
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and club management software
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field
