Deliver high-level administrative and secretarial support to C-level executives, including proactive calendar management, meeting scheduling across multiple time zones, and travel arrangement for international business trips.
Act as a trusted liaison between senior management, board members, key stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring effective and professional communication at all times.
Prepare, review, and edit executive-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents with attention to detail and business acumen.
Coordinate and manage special projects or initiatives on behalf of the executive team, including follow-up on action items and deadlines.
Lead and implement process improvements in administrative workflows to drive efficiency and support business growth.
Plan, organize, and oversee the logistics of corporate events, board meetings, and executive offsites.
Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
At least 5 years of proven experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities independently.
Strong project management skills and experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with advanced business writing ability.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Experience working in multinational companies or supporting global teams is preferred.
