We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administration & Logistics Coordinator to join our furniture retail team in Tan Boon Liat. This role focuses on administrative operations, logistics coordination, and essential HR support to ensure smooth store, warehouse, and delivery processes.
Administration
Manage office documentation, filing systems, and records
Prepare reports, purchase orders, and operational documentation
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Monitor and replenish office supplies
Support management with administrative reporting and data tracking
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate customer delivery schedules and dispatch planning
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and delivery teams
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or issues
Manage returns, exchanges, and after-sales logistics
Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting
HR Support
Assist with recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and candidate communication
Prepare onboarding documentation and support new hire orientation
Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and leave administration
Assist with staff communications, policy updates, and internal notices
Provide general HR administrative support when required
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or logistics (retail experience preferred)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
