Responsible for office operations including HR, finance and compliance.
Creating company business plan according to the future strategy and manage the budget.
Approve day to day invoices and payments, responsible for fund managements, assisting the audit where necessary.
Manage entire hiring process including necessary working pass arrangement.
Maintaining regulatory adequate environments.
Managing office admin, maintaining office environment and necessary security level.
Responsible for all corporate filings, adequate board/shareholder reporting managements.
Responsible that the company comply with all the regulations applicable.
Manage AML/FCC framework and other compliance/risk policies
Responsible for the periodic accounting/compliance/risk reporting to the parent company, MUFG bank, Ltd. Tokyo as their affiliate. The reporting will be done in Japanese both verbal and in writing.
Ad hoc strategic projects time to time instructed by CEO.
Job Requirements
A solid experience of 10 years in traditional bank.
More than 5 years experience in creating the budget plan, forecasting the company's cash flow. Able to analyze the financial statements.
Experience in creating the headcount plan, necessarly recource allocation.
Proven track records in building the strong relationship with external vendors, able to have adequate cost conrtol and vendor managements.
Experience in regulatory filings and comlinance framework.
High proficiency in legal documentations.
High proficiency in both English and Japanese language, oral and written. For Japanese, JLPT N1 or equivalent is essential for daily operations and communication with our Japan headquarters, group companies, subsidiaries as well as clients.
