Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in company systems to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Audit Support: Assist in reviewing operational processes and documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
Accounting Assistance: Support basic accounting functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and other related tasks assigned by the manager.
Mail and Telephone Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail handle incoming calls and assist with related communications.
Administrative & Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide general administrative support and assist with various projects to ensure smooth team operations.
