Job Scope:

• Prepare and make sure all loan documents are in order for block/in-house submission

• Handle enquiries and liaise with car dealers and hirers on all vehicle financing matters

• Monitor and track loan application progress

• Valuation for vehicle market value

• Collect downpayment from hirer/car dealers for loan

• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Key Requirements:

• At least one year of working experience, training will be provided (relevant experience in hire purchase loans or the automobile industry will be prioritised)

• Minimum GCE O / A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications

• Fluent in spoken English, Chinese (for Chinese speaking customers)

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A keen eye for detail and commitment to providing high-quality work

• Able to work independently and as a team
